Cyndi Huff, Managing Partner
Cyndi has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. She started out in a family plumbing business in Phoenix, Arizona, and then moved on to own a concrete business with her husband. For the last ten years, Cyndi has worked in the home building industry, leaving her position at Beazer Homes as Purchasing Manager to open Dream Construction. With her love of detail and design, Cyndi excels in helping her customers with those difficult decisions.
Ray Huff, Managing Partner
Ray also brings to the table many years of construction experience. Ray is well-known in the Las Vegas construction community and has a reputation for unconditional integrity. Recently leaving a local, national homebuilder as VP of Operations, Ray has joined the Dream Team to focus on the Custom Home Division. With his vast knowledge of land acquisitions, land development, and vertical construction, Ray will be a tremendous asset to Dream Construction.
