Jeff & Tammy Lowman have owned and operated Laramie Construction since 1996. Jeff grew up in Bellevue, Nebraska. Tammy grew up in central South Dakota and Nebraska before moving to Bellevue. Together they have 6 children: four girls & two boys. In 2000, Jeff and Tammy moved their family to Avoca, Nebraska, where they now live.
Laramie Construction is licensed and insured with workman’s compensation for all employees. Jeff has experience in home building and renovation since 1990. Laramie Construction is a member of the Better Business Bureau and an EPA-recognized Renovating Firm with two Certified Renovators, including Jeff. Jeff is also a Certified Installer through the Vinyl Siding Institute and a Certified Attic Ventilation Expert through Air Vent Inc. In our drive to achieve excellence, Laramie Construction is in the process of getting a Certified Remodeler Certification from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. Outside of work, Jeff is a volunteer EMT and a member of the Cass County Emergency Management Agency.
With all this in mind, you can see that Laramie Construction takes its job of working on your home seriously and will do what it takes to make sure that your needs are met and your job is done right the first time. It is this commitment that has gotten us jobs with the Nebraska State Historical Society, the Gerald R. Ford Conservation Center, and Peru State College. On top of that, if for any reason there is a problem, we are quick to come and take care of it.
