Steve gained valuable home improvement experience working alongside his father. After graduating from Wichita State with a degree in Business Administration, Steve started working at All Seasons Construction full time and eventually took over as President.

During the initial consultation, the team will meet with clients to discuss their vision and goals. Measurements will be taken, and the contractors will provide clients with a 3D mock-up of the project using innovative software based on their specifications. Once clients are happy with the mock-up, work will begin.

For larger projects, a down payment of 25 to 30 percent may be required; however, work can often begin right away with smaller projects.
