Alaska Commercial Contractors, Inc. ("ACC") is a commercial general contractor that provides construction services for new "turn-key" facilities and industrial projects. We also renovate and maintain existing facilities and structures throughout Southeast Alaska.

Our projects range from accessibility, educational, medical, office, retail and other commercial facilities to uplands harbor, specialty structures and commercial warehouses. Specialty Services

ACC offers other specialty services where others might have to outsource for this work. From structural concrete to concrete flatwork, remote site construction, the supply and install of pre-engineered metal buildings, or low-slope membrane roofing, we have the means and methods to get things done in-house without having to wait on others, reducing timelines for the end user.

Concrete Division:

Concrete demolition and placement: Surface preparation, including scarifying and shot blasting. This is an economical way to prepare existing concrete that needs minor repair. This method affords the client an opportunity to repurpose their existing flooring with a new surface treatment. We form, pour, and place retaining walls, foundations, flatwork, site concrete, and concrete coloring/staining.

Remote Site Construction:

Including projects ranging from remote sea-level locations to mountain-top elevations.   ACC's crews are familiar with working in all types of terrain in all sorts of remote locations.  Some see remote site work as a challenge, and ACC's crew sees it as an opportunity to play in nature's backyard.  No remote job is too big or too small; give us a call because we're always looking for our next adventure!

Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMBs):

Although ACC has dabbled in PEMBs in the past, it wasn't until the summer of 2017 that ACC joined forces with American Buildings Company (ABC) to take on an ABC buildership.  We can supply and install complete pre-engineered metal buildings, and if the building is fairly simplistic, ACC's staff has been trained in America's eQuote system, so they can provide you quotes in hours instead of days.

And remember, just because it's a PEMB, it doesn't have to look like one.   We can integrate many things into a PEMB to give it a natural look and feel yet provide the durability and longevity that PEMBs are known for, so give us a call and let's do some exploring.

As an authorized dealer and installer of ABC buildings, we also have access to a full complement of representatives, engineers and staff to assist with quoting your next metal building. Historic Places Experience:

Whether it's the Governor's Mansion here in Juneau's Capital, the Russian Orthodox Church also in Juneau, or the Japonski Island Boat House in Sitka, we have a fairly extensive amount of experience working on historical places listed in the National Registry. We have the management and crew with the experience to handle the sensitive needs of working on some of our nation's treasures.

Roofing Division:

ACC's roofing division should be your only choice for your commercial roofing needs. Whether you have a low-slope single-ply membrane roof or you're looking for a new metal roof for your facility, ACC's experienced crew is committed to providing the best roofing solution for you.
