We offer design build services. Our team includes a structural engineer and an interior designer. We take your ideas for your home, help to fine tune them, create plans, get the project permitted, and compete the project to give you the home of your dreams.

Founder, Michael Eippert
Mike Eippert is the owner of Commonwealth Contracting. He is the third generation of his family to carry on the Commonwealth name, and as you would expect, grew up working in all phases of residential construction. Mike prides himself on being at every jobsite to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and customer service, and he schedules projects very carefully to ensure the highest quality work and to prevent company crews from being spread too thin.
