As a licensed general contractor with a single focus on residential remodeling, DMC brings design and professional execution to any room or every room in your home. Many of our staff providing cabinetry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and administration have been with the company for 10 years or more.
We work with a select and impressive group of local suppliers and vendors to design and create the spaces you dream of. All of our kitchen and bath design is done in house; working with your ideas, wants and desires.
If you already have an interior designer or architect, we have the professional management team to interface with and execute the ideas and plans you have in place. We have also worked with a number of designers and architects in Santa Fe and can make recommendations for their services.
DMC has been recognized with eleven Category and three Grand Awards for Excellence in Remodeling from the Santa Fe Area Homebuilders Association. We hold four Awards of Excellence from Hacienda’s A Parade of Homes for our work on whole house remodels. Our work has been published in Luxe, Trend, Su Casa and Santa Fean Magazines.
But what sets us apart is our commitment to excellence in customer service, communication and adherence to timely project completions. We understand and anticipate the unique issues related to remodeling a home; especially an occupied one.
We stress the importance of a good relationship with our clients. We want you to ultimately be pleased with what we bring to the table and to know that we can communicate well and provide you with the information you need to be comfortable with the process.
We start with a site visit to view the proposed project, discuss ideas and get to know one another. The next step is to determine a rough idea of the budget that would be required to achieve the results you would like to see. If we have agreement on budget parameters, we then proceed to line item estimating, design work, materials selection and scheduling.
Our preliminary site visit is without cost. If we are right for each other, everything else will happen in a good way.
