Taking Your Project from Concept to Completion

At Empire Construction, the company takes every project from initial concept to completion providing superior communication along the way.

During the initial consultation, the team will meet with clients to discuss their vision and goals. Measurements will be taken, and the contractors will provide clients with a 3D mock-up of the project using innovative software based on their specifications. Once clients are happy with the mock-up, work will begin.

For larger projects, a down payment of 25 to 30 percent may be required; however, work can often begin right away with smaller projects.

We are a small independent registered business, but we also subcontract with other professionals in the greater Portland area. For special projects, we are willing to travel outside greater Portland and to bring our own tools. Our shop in Portland allows us to complete small projects indoors year-round, regardless of the weather.

Although we specialize in custom carpentry for offices, public buildings, residences, and small-scale renovations, we also do structural construction including framework, roofing, and flooring—both assembly and installation.

Hi. My name is Randy Jones. I started this company 10 years ago. With a passion for building, I own and operate Fine Remodeling. We've created and maintained a culture where we strive to be the best in our industry and individual positions. With the perspective that a construction project should be well planned, designed with intent, and executed with building science in mind, you'll find a design-build project well suited for us. It's our belief that a successful remodel, repair, and/or build deserves planning with long-term durability and function in mind.

Giving back is what we do. We've always found it essential to give back to our community. From coat drives for the homeless to building shelters for stray cat colonies, it's our mission to share the good that life has offered us. We build for our clients; that is how we feed our families and pay our bills. It's a blessing to do that, and we recognize that service for others is a top priority.

Over the years, we've helped support Habitat for Humanity, Faithful Friends, Sunday Breakfast Mission, and many others.
